Information I Collect
I may collect information you provide directly to me, including your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, billing info (secured via professional payment processor), information submitted through contact forms, and information provided during and for divination and tarot reading services. I may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information, and website usage/data.
Divination/Tarot Reading Information
If you provide personal information for a divination/tarot reading, such as your birth date, name, questions, marital/relationship information, zodiac placements/signs, photos, and/or other related information, you are giving this information voluntarily for the purposes of the reading. All information you provide will be treated confidentially and respectfully, and used only to provide your requested service. These readings may be recorded, but only with the intent of protecting myself; recordings will only be used to show the factual events of the reading should any accusations or legal disputes arise. Please avoid giving any highly sensitive information that isn’t necessary for the reading.
How I Use Your Data
Information collected may be used to process orders, provide divination/tarot readings or other requested services, communicate with you about appointments or purchases, respond to questions or requests, improve customer experience and website functionality, and meet business and legal requirements. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers to operate my business, such as payment processors, shipping providers, website hosting providers, and scheduling/booking platforms. These providers only recieve the information necessary to provide their services.
Data Security
Squarespace and I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. You may contact me to request information about personal data I’ve collected, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of information where applicable.

Delivery and Shipping Policies
Physical products will be prepared and shipped according to the processing times listed on the product listing. Once an item has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Minerva Siegel is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, circumstances outside our control, incorrect addresses, or weather delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information at checkout. If you’ve made a contact/shipping information error, reach out to me at hello@MinervaSiegel.com as soon as possible, and, if the product has not been shipped, I will make every effort to correct the information.
Emailed products, such as spell jar recipes or rituals, will be sent to the email the customer provides by the timeframe listed on the product listing, provided the buyer provides all the necessary information needed to create bespoke recipes / rituals as requested. Delays in obtaining the requested information necessary to complete the bespoke recipes / rituals may result in delays in recipe or ritual customer receipt.
All orders must be paid in full before products are shipped or services are provided. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees for buyers within the continental US will be displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other charges that may be imposed by their country, international shipping/delivery companies used, or local authorities. I, Minerva Siegel, have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a package is abandoned, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or import charges, no refund is guaranteed. Any such refund is offered at her sole discretion, and any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and other fees and product costs incurred by Minerva Siegel. By placing a US or international order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Scheduling and Refund Policies
Appointments must be scheduled with Minerva in advance and will be conducted via Zoom, chat, or email, per the client’s request. Please provide accurate contact information so that appointment confirmations and communications can be received.
Reading Reschedules and Refunds
If you need to reschedule a planned chat or zoom session, I ask that you provide as much notice as possible. I’m disabled and have chronic health conditions that flare unpredictably, but I’m under the care of many great specialists so my conditions are well managed.
Reading Cancelation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policies
I will do everything in my power to set my body up for success pre-session (adjusting my medication schedules as necessary to prepare for readings and within the scope of their prescribed usages, etc.) so I can keep appointment times, but I may have to reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond my control. I will notify you with as much time in advance as possible, and if this happens you will have the option to get a full refund (booking fee included) or to reschedule with me.
I understand that you, too, may have chronic conditions or disabilities requiring you to reschedule with little notice. However, given the amount of preparation effort/time sessions require, there must be limits to that so that people don’t take advantage of my compassion. If a client cancels a session more than 24 hours before the appointment time, a refund will be granted, minus the nonrefundable booking fee. The session booking fee is nonrefundable because it’s there to deter people from taking advantage of my lenient rescheduling/cancelation policy repeatedly.
Appointments may be rescheduled by the client over 24 hours before the session time an unlimited amount of times. Clients may reschedule appointments up to one hour before the appointment time, however, that would be considered a last-minute reschedule (under 24hrs before the session) and only one last-minute reschedule is allowed per customer. After that, it’s up to my sole discretion whether or not to extend the option to reschedule again. Due to the preparation involved for sessions, no refunds will be given for appointment no-shows or those who request cancellation within one hour before a scheduled session. I reserve the right to refuse a reading to anyone for any reason at any time. I also reserve the right to end a session at any time if I’m uncomfortable with the client’s behavior or demands—no refund will be given in that event.
Refund and Return Policies for Physical and Emailed Products
No refunds will be given for emailed content or for completed tarot/divination sessions. Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged. Customers must contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
